Returns Policy


WHAT can be returned?
Returns and exchanges are offered to cutomers with item that have arrived damaged cutomer will need to provide proof of damage before the return is accepted
Returns are not issued for items that are damaged due to misuse by customer
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
7 days after recieving the item
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
items need to be returned in person or my mail to Unit 1/14 tathra street west gosford
HOW do customers return items?
Customer will need to provide proof of purchase when requesting a return
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping costs will be covered by S.O.M for items that have been returned due to damage upon arrival
For items that are being returned due to customer error shipping costs must be covered by the customer
CREDIT for returns?
Customer will be issued a store credit within 5 working days
Instore return option?
Customers may return items in person to our west Gosford Warhouse to recieve a store credit
Packing materials?
items need to be in orginal packaging for returns
